Elder Law and Life Care Planning are areas of law that cater to the needs of seniors, the elderly, and the disabled. Each client is unique, as is each situation our clients face. Some clients and their families are in crisis due to unexpected medical emergencies leaving loved ones incapacitated. Others are slowly succumbing to Alzheimer’s disease or another illness and must plan for incapacity and long-term care.
